Huxter is an Australian-made natural bath and body brand, owned and operated by a female solopreneur. While primarily focused on wholesale operations, supplying Australian gift retailers, the business also maintains a growing direct-to-consumer online channel and has a presence through a couple of overseas distributors.
The Challenge: Stagnant Sales Growth, Limited Resources, and Outdated Website
Following a recent business restructure and reduced headcount during the pandemic, the owner found herself overwhelmed with the day-to-day operations to meet the steady demand for her products.
