Van Go Collections is a hand-illustrated, vintage van-inspired brand specialising in bamboo caravan accessories and mementos. Established nearly a decade ago as a wholesale business, later diversifying into eCommerce, the Owner operates primarily as a Solopreneur with minimal help.

Recovering from Agency Mismanagement

Due to its unique designs and sustainability appeal, Van Go Collections thrived in gift and homeware stores. The pandemic-driven local holiday boom, fueled by government incentives, further propelled the brand’s growth. However, as borders reopened and the economy slowed, sales began to decline. The client hired a large agency to manage her marketing efforts to sustain the momentum.

The client faced significant challenges with the agency’s lack of promised support and results. Overwhelmed and uncertain about the future direction, she sought to regain control of her budget and strategy to achieve her goals. A referral from another client led her to seek our expertise.

During our discovery phase, we identified three key goals:
